How can I find my ring size?
We have a comprehensive guide to finding your correct size here on our website! You can also visit our store and we will be happy to size you. Custom sizes including quarter and half sizes can be made upon request.
Do ring styles fit differently?
Yes. Please check product descriptions for details on the fit. Some rings we recommend you size up. 
I ordered a ring and it doesn't fit. Can I get this corrected?
Yes! We will resize your ring free of charge, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order to access this service. Please e-mail with your order number and we will be in touch with instructions. We will not be able to offer this option outside of the 7 day timeframe.  If longer than 7 days there will be a fee associated with the resize.
What if the piece I want to purchase is currently out of stock?
Most of our jewelry is handmade to order in New York City. If the piece you want to purchase is not currently available in stock we will make it just for you! Please feel free to e-mail for any inquiries on our current selection or is you are interested in creating a custom jewelry item.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we love custom orders. We have designed many special pieces including engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, pendants, signet rings, bracelets, earrings , etc. for birthdays, anniversaries, push presents, just because, a gift to me, and much more. We can source gemstones or repurpose heirloom stones as well. For all inquiries, please feel free to e-mail or visit our Customs page to fill in your contact information and we will be in touch. Samples on custom projects are available on that page as well for viewing.


How long does shipping take?
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system. If your items are in stock, we will process the order and ship within 48 hours. Many of our styles are made to order and will take 7-14 days to produce and ship. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our headquarters to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. 
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is $10 and $25 for international shipping. We offer free worldwide shipping for any order over $250. Want to protect your shipment? We offer Route Insurance  to protect your shipment and it is available at checkout. Pricing is based on order value.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We may be able to arrange expedited shipping when requested. Please e-mail and we will provide options available and the cost associated with each option.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping which includes most countries. If we are unable to ship to your country/location we will advise you promptly and process a refund. 
PLEASE NOTE:  Many international countries charge duties and taxes on shipments being received and you will be responsible for those fees. Tarin Thomas does not reimburse for those fees as they are not charged by us but by your local customs office. For more information please contact your local customs office.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Tarin Thomas will accept items back for a store credit or exchange only. We do not offer monetary refunds. You have 7 days from the time the order is received to request one of these options.  After the 7 days we will not accept the item back. Returns/exchanges are subject to approval by Tarin Thomas. Please contact with your order number to immediately request your return/exchange and provide the reason why.
All items must be in their original unworn condition and original packaging. If your item is eligible for return, we will issue you a return authorization code and shipping details. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping to us and Tarin Thomas will ship the exchange item back. If the item is not in the original condition and not eligible for the exchange, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping as well if they want the item back.
Custom or customized pieces are final sale. All sample sale items are final sale. Any discounted sales are also final sale. All vintage items are final sale.
We do not accept returns for items purchased through our stockists. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.


How do I take care of my Tarin Thomas jewelry?
Tarin Thomas provides jewelry in a variety of metals including Yellow Brass, Sterling Silver, and 10K Yellow, Rose and white Gold. All jewelry is delicate and requires special care. Of course, all jewelry can be cleaned by store bought jewelry cleaner but there is a great do-it-yourself all purpose cleaner that can easily be done right at home! What is your warranty policy?
Tarin Thomas takes great care to provide quality merchandise. We will provide repairs to our items up to 90 days from the date of purchase at no cost. Each repair to subject to a case by case review by Tarin Thomas. Please contact to advise us of your concern. Please note that shipping charges may apply.
No warranty will be provided for an item that has not been handled and treated correctly. Please contact for a quote.
We can still provide repairs to Tarin Thomas pieces for a fee after this initial warranty period.
