SIZING & STYLING

How can I find my ring size?
We have a comprehensive guide to finding your correct size here on our website! You can also visit our store and we will be happy to size you. .25 and .5 sizes can be made upon request.
                                                                     
Do ring styles fit differently?
Yes. Please check product descriptions for details on the fit. Some rings we recommend you size up. 
                                                                                               
I ordered a ring and it doesn't fit. Can I get this corrected?
Yes! We can resize your ring free of charge for up to 90 days after purchase. We also accept exchanges on styles for up to 7 days after purchase. 
                                                                                                             
What if the piece I want to purchase is out of stock?
Our jewelry is handmade to order, so if the style you want is out of stock we can make it custom for you! Email kylie@tarinthomas.com for inquiries about out of stock pieces and custom styles.
                                                                                                               
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We have designed all types of pieces including, engagement rings, push presents, birthdays gifts, etc. We can also create jewelry designs around custom stones. SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long does shipping take?
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system. If your items are in stock, we will process the order and ship within 48 hours. Many of our styles are made to order and will take 7-14 days to produce and ship. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our headquarters to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. 
                                                                                                                
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is $10 and $25 for international shipping. We offer free worldwide shipping for any order over $250. Want to protect your shipment? We offer Route Insurance for an additional $18 at checkout.

What is your return policy?
All items are subject to store credit and exchange until 7 days after the item is received by the customer. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Returns are subject to approval by Tarin Thomas within these 7 days. Please contact hello@tarinthomas.com to immediately address your request of exchange/return. If your item is eligible for return, we will then issue you a return authorization code and shipping details. All discounted items purchased are final sale. Custom pieces and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. In the event of a valid exchange/return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved for returning the items.

How do I take care of my Tarin Thomas jewelry?
Tarin Thomas provides jewelry in a variety of metals including Yellow Brass, Sterling Silver, and 10K Yellow, Rose and white Gold. All jewelry is delicate and requires special care. Of course, all jewelry can be cleaned by store bought jewelry cleaner but there is a great do-it-yourself all purpose cleaner that can easily be done right at home! What is your warranty policy?
Tarin Thomas takes great care to provide quality merchandise. We accept repairs to our items for up to 90 days from date of purchase at no cost to the purchaser. Each repair is subject to a case by case review by Tarin Thomas. After this period, we can complete repairs for a fee. Please contact Tarin Thomas, at kylie@tarinthomas.com, to present your concern. No warranty will be provided for an item that has not be handled and treated correctly. The purchaser is responsible for shipping in to Tarin Thomas and for the return to them as well.
